Surah As-Saffat — Verse 75

وَلَقَدْ نَادَىٰنَا نُوحٌ فَلَنِعْمَ ٱلْمُجِيبُونَ

Walaqad nadana noohunfalaniAAma almujeeboon

And Noah had certainly called Us, and [We are] the best of responders.

Noah cried to Us, and how excellent was Our response!

And Noah verily prayed unto Us, and gracious was the Hearer of his prayer

(In the days of old), Noah cried to Us, and We are the best to hear prayer.

And NūH did call Us (for help after he was disappointed with his people), so (We accepted his prayer, as) We are the best to respond.

And indeed Nûh (Noah) invoked Us, and We are the Best of those who answer (the request).

Noah had called upon Us (earlier). See, how excellent We were in answering him!
