فَلْيَنظُرِ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ إِلَىٰ طَعَامِهِۦٓ

Falyanthuri al-insanuila taAAamih

Then let mankind look at his food -

Let man consider the food he eats!

So, the man should consider his food,
