Surah An-Nahl — Verse 121

شَاكِرًا لِّأَنْعُمِهِ ۚ ٱجْتَبَىٰهُ وَهَدَىٰهُ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
Shakiran li-anAAumihi ijtabahuwahadahu ila siratin mustaqeem
Translations of this verse 7
Saheeh International
[He was] grateful for His favors. He [i.e., Allāh] chose him and guided him to a straight path.

he was thankful for the blessings of God who chose him and guided him to a straight path.

Thankful for His bounties; He chose him and He guided him unto a straight path.

He showed his gratitude for the favours of Allah, who chose him, and guided him to a Straight Way.
