Surah As-Saf — Verse 1

سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
Sabbaha lillahi ma fee assamawatiwama fee al-ardi wahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeem

Saheeh International
Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth exalts Allāh, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

قال تعالى: {سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ (1 ) يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ (2 ) كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَنْ تَقُولُوا مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ (3 )} [الصف: 1 - 3].
300 - عن ابن عباس -رضي الله عنهما- في قوله تعالى: {يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ ( 2)}، قال: كان ناس من المؤمنين قبل أن يفرض الجهاد، يقولون: لوددنا أن الله - عز وجل - دلنا على أحب الأعمال إليه فنعمل به، فأخبر الله نبيه أن أحب الأعمال، إيمان به لا شك فيه، وجهاد أهل معصيته الذين خالفوا الإيمان، ولم يقروا به، فلما نزل الجهاد، كره ذلك ناس من المؤمنين، وشق عليهم أمره فقال الله -سبحانه وتعالى-: {يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ ( 2)} ¬أخرجه ابن جرير: 28/ 83 - 84، والحديث صحيح لشواهده، وزاد عزوه في الدر: 6/ 212 لابن المنذر وابن مردويه وابن أبي حاتم.¥.
