ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ٱكْتَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ

Allatheena itha iktalooAAala annasi yastawfoon

Who, when they take a measure from people, take in full.
