Surah Al-Ahqaf — Verse 6

The Wind-Curved Sandhills · 46:6 · 6/35

وَإِذَا حُشِرَ ٱلنَّاسُ كَانُوا۟ لَهُمْ أَعْدَآءً وَكَانُوا۟ بِعِبَادَتِهِمْ كَـٰفِرِينَ

Wa-itha hushira annasukanoo lahum aAAdaan wakanoo biAAibadatihimkafireen

Saheeh International

And when the people are gathered [that Day], they [who were invoked] will be enemies to them, and they will be deniers of their worship.

those who, when all mankind is gathered, will become his enemies and disown his worship?

And when mankind are gathered (to the Judgment) will become enemies for them, and will become deniers of having been worshipped.

And when mankind are gathered together (at the Resurrection), they will be hostile to them and reject their worship (altogether)!
